venting?

i've been told, over and over again, to the point where i throw up at hearing the phrase, that when you have problems the best thing to do is vent.
then i have been, not asked, but told, that softball is an outlet. hmmm... i love to play.honestly, i love the game, but an outlet? i'm stressed from fighting friends for time, tired of the boring practices, sick of being hollared at, and just fed up with the shapr attitudes. an outlet? okay...
